All families deserve the best care during pregnancy. Therefore we offer childbirth education, doula services and Reiki sessions on a sliding scale based on what you feel you can afford. We are happy to discuss pricing options and payment plans with each family.
Pregnancy Doula
For a lot of people, the concept of a Doula is a very new thing. Often, women don’t have built-in family support. A doula can fill the gap for mom and family by providing knowledge, compassion and practical support during this very important childbearing year.
Support later in pregnancy can be especially helpful if you are a single or teen mom, have multiple children, are on bed rest, have severe morning sickness or have emotional trauma. Full Moon’s Daughter will provide informational, emotional, physical and practical support during your pregnancy with massage, meal planning, education, labor preparation and anything else you need.
Pregnancy Doula Care is offered for a 4 hour minimum for $20 – $25 per hour.
Labor Doula
Continuous physical, emotional and informational support before, during and just after birth is part of your Labor Doula package. Full Moon’s Daughter will assist with birth plans, pain coping techniques, pregnancy and postpartum diet and fitness designed to ease labor and recovery, Reiki healing, creative expression and relationship / birth coaching. This time is all about you and what works best for your family.
Labor Doula care includes 3 prenatal visits, if time allows, support during the entire labor and birth and 1 postpartum visit. This care package is $500 – $700. Additional prenatals are $30 per hour.
Natural induction visits can include counseling, aromatherapy, flower essences, acupuncture, homeopathy, visualizations, Reiki, movement, diet and practical advice.
Private childbirth education can be included in the Labor Doula package for an additional fee. Please contact Full Moon’s Daughter to discuss pricing options based on what you want to learn in these sessions. Each session will be customized to what you want to learn.
Postpartum Doula
Postpartum support can help ease your path into motherhood. Full Moon’s Daughter offers lactation consulting, infant care techniques, meal planning and cooking, gentle yoga and exercise options, natural healing, light housekeeping, dog walking, nanny and overnight care and companionship for mom.
Postpartum care is offered for a minimum of 4 hours for $20 – $25 per hour. Overnight rates are $15 – $20 based on a minimum of 9 hours. Contact Full Moon’s Daughter to discuss reduced prices on blocks of time.
Private Childbirth Classes
Full Moon’s Daughter offers private, customized classes for women and their families. These classes are perfect if you find yourself close upon your birth date and haven’t enrolled in group classes, your schedule doesn’t match group class times, you would prefer to attend classes in the comfort of your own home, or you are looking for one on one care. Reiki Healing
Reiki is also offered at Full Moon’s Daughter and can be used to achieve whole body relaxation. Reiki removes blockages, allows energy to flow unhindered, and helps pregnant moms cope with their ever-changing bodies. Having opened the energy channels of the body, you won’t hold onto things like stress, muscle knots and toxins. Reiki also leaves you with more energy than when you arrived.
Reiki is a simple, non-invasive, holistic healing modality where the practitioner channels energy to help heal the body. Reiki healing takes place on physical, spiritual and energetic levels by balancing the natural energy of the body. Pregnant and postpartum women have found Reiki useful for everything from relieving day to day stresses to turning a baby as delivery nears.

Blessingway
A Baby Shower is for baby and a Blessingway is for mom. A traditional Blessingway is a mother blessing, honoring this important transition into motherhood.
